Can I get a Loan against Rental Property from Canara Bank?
Generally, Canara Bank considers the candidate’s income eligibility for offering a mortgage loan against rental property. However, the bank doesn't consider the lease tenure for calculating the eligibility. In such cases, the loan tenure can be considered up to 10 years by Canara Bank.
