Do I need a co-applicant to apply for a CBI home loan?
No, it is not mandatory to have a co-applicant while applying for a CBI home loan. Nonetheless, if there are multiple co-owners of the property under consideration, it is mandatory to include all of them as co-applicants. Moreover, if an NRI is applying for the loans, he/she must have a local co-applicant or a local person of contact.
