Experience
- New Client Acquisition & Business generation.
- Maintaining and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Understanding & structuring of clients loan requirements.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Make network through Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion to define new ways of doing business.
- Going & Meeting the HR person of various corporate firm to felicitate best loan deals for their employees.
- Forming key alliances with Chartered A/C’s to cater their clients who would have loan requirements.
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- End to end process of logging in the file & taking it to the disbursal stage.
- Coordination with Credit team for Sanction of the file.
- Coordination with operations team for disbursement process.
- Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
Technical Skills
Any Graduate/MBA
